GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page or the info above for exact times. Get here earlier so you can enjoy your night and not be stuck in traffic.
PARKING LOTS
Parking lots typically open an hour before the scheduled gate time, check our socials or the info above for exact times for your show. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Ultra VIP Parking (includes Fast Lane for you and your friends, up to 8 guests max) or VIP Parking. Check out our FAQs for additional parking info. DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find them on the west side of the venue through Gate 8 off of S. Fitzhugh Avenue. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise.
BOX OFFICE
Open on Fridays from 10am – 4pm. On the day of an event, the East Box Office opens at 11am on weekdays and 12pm on weekends. If you'd like to purchase tickets, click HERE.
WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.
BAG POLICY
Only small clutches, wristlets or fanny packs no bigger than 6" x 9" OR clear plastic bags no bigger than 12" x 12" x 6" will be allowed inside the venue.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to the main gate merchandise booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free with no fees).
THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the East (Red) and West (Green) Plazas. For some events there will be additional booths located throughout the venue.
