Only small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6”x 9” OR clear plastic bags no bigger than 12"x12"x6” will be allowed inside the venue.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small clutch purse or fanny pack- no larger than 6" x 9" (does NOT need to be clear)
- Factory sealed water bottle - up to one gallon per person or empty bottle to fill inside (NON-FROZEN)
- Reusable water bottle - must be empty upon arrival (water stations are available in the venue)
- Blankets and tarps, must be picnic sized (50" x 60") or smaller*
- Cameras - non professional only, no detachable lens
- Sunscreen and bug spray (must be non-aerosol)
- Personal misting fans - must be empty upon arrival
- Neck fans

No outside lawn chairs or stadium seats are allowed into the venue. Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted.
Water fountains are located near the restrooms in both plazas.
If you lose an item while you are at an event, you can visit our Security office located in the East (Red) Plaza next to Guest Services Presented by Allianz to see if it has been turned in.
You'll need a valid ID for events with age restrictions, and to drink alcohol. Any of these will get you in:
- A state-issued ID or driver's license
- Current US Government or military ID
- An official passport
We take underage drinking seriously, and if you don't have an ID that proves you're 21 or older, you won't be able to buy, drink or carry alcohol in the venue. If you break these rules, you will be removed from the amphitheater. And no, you won't get a refund.

Yes, as long as they are no larger than 8.5" x 11". This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Re-entry is not permitted at Dos Equis Pavilion. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
If they're over 3 years old, then yes. Children under 3 years of age will be required to sit in your lap if you have a seated ticket. Also, we suggest you please make sure your kids have ear protection.

You can't get a refund, but you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account.

It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security.
